Heat treatments and galvanic coatings
We have been working for many years with a network of companies that allow us to guarantee greater strength and durability of our components by means of heat treatments and galvanic coatings. We have also invested in an induction hardening system that allows us to finish our products directly in house.
Finish machining operations
We have production shops dedicated to different types of mechanical finishing process, including tumble finishing, polishing, deburring, burnishing, and tapping.
Coating and pad printing
Our fully automated plant allows us to supply coated and pad printed components in compliance with clients’ specifications in an extensive range of colours and styles.
We work in partnership with Tecsa, our Romania based affiliate, for the assembly process of levers and other complex mechanisms.
