In recent years the turning department has undergone an evolution with the introduction of transfer machines, multi-spindles machines and CNC, for the technology of the machining of cold formed parts.
Currently we have approximately 45 different machines and several lines dedicated to specific products with a high level of automation.

The combination of the two technologies, cold forging and subsequent re-work with tourneys, in some cases, can correlate the competitiveness of cold forming and the flexibility of CNC in the realization of shapes and surfaces otherwise difficult to achieve. This allows a considerable saving of material with the possibility of obtaining geometries and tolerances that cannot be guaranteed by the cold forming process alone.
